Cancellation & Refund

Bogusboo will follow supplier’s (Rental/ Properties/ Bus/ Tour operator etc.) policy for cancellation/ re-issue.

In case of refund/ re-issue, customer must confirm Bogusboo 48 hours prior to travel date. The company will refund the money exactly the way it received. The Refund process will be the same as per the Payment modality. However, claiming refunds for any purchases made through MFS (Mobile Financial Services) e.g. Bkash, Nagad, Rocket etc will incur a service/cash-out charge which has to be borne by the customer. The charge amount will vary according to the MFS availed during the purchase.

 For Hotel, Bus & Tour, refunded amount may reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

For International Hotel, Home stay refund process (If applicable) may take up to 7 weeks or until the next billing cycle depending on the airline, hotels and your bank.

For any kind of refund, service charge and convenience fee are non-refundable.

* In case of national emergency/ lockdown/ political unrest/ natural disaster etc., standard refund policy may not be applicable.

Cancellation fees

If the reservation is canceled 48 hours or less before check-in, or after check-in, the fee is 50% of the reservation amount for the nights not stayed. If the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours, and 30 days or less, before check-in, the fee is 25% of the reservation amount.
