এই শর্তাবলী (“শর্ত”) Bogusboo.com এর ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন এবং সম্পর্কিত সেবা (একত্রে “প্ল্যাটফর্ম”) ব্যবহার ও অ্যাক্সেস করার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন। যদি আপনি সম্মত না হন, তবে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার বন্ধ করুন।

২.৪.১. সংজ্ঞা (Definitions)

“গ্রাহক/আপনি/ইউজার” – যে কোনো ব্যক্তি যিনি Bogusboo.com এর মাধ্যমে প্রবেশ বা বুকিং করেন।

“ভেন্ডর/পার্টনার” – হোটেল, রিসোর্ট, হোমস্টে, ট্যুর অপারেটর বা বোট সার্ভিস প্রদানকারী যারা প্ল্যাটফর্মে তালিকাভুক্ত।

“বুকিং” – গ্রাহকের মাধ্যমে প্ল্যাটফর্মে করা একটি নিশ্চিত রিজার্ভেশন।

“আমরা/আমাদের” – Bogusboo.com এবং এর মূল কোম্পানি, সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠান ও কর্মীরা।

২.৪.২. সেবার পরিধি (Scope of Service)

Bogusboo.com কেবল গ্রাহক ও তৃতীয় পক্ষের ভেন্ডরদের মধ্যে সংযোগ স্থাপন করে।

আমরা প্ল্যাটফর্মে তালিকাভুক্ত কোনো হোটেল, রিসোর্ট, ট্যুর বা বোট নিজেরা মালিকানা বা পরিচালনা করি না।

ভেন্ডরের শর্তাবলী (যেমন: চেক-ইন টাইম, নীতি, সুবিধা) এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে অতিরিক্তভাবে প্রযোজ্য হবে।

২.৪.৩. যোগ্যতা (Eligibility)

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করতে আপনার বয়স ন্যূনতম ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।

অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি বা বুকিং করার সময় সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

২.৪.৪. বুকিং ও পেমেন্ট (Bookings & Payments)

বুকিং তখনই নিশ্চিত হবে যখন পেমেন্ট সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হবে।

পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), অথবা অন্যান্য অনুমোদিত মাধ্যম।

Bogusboo.com একটি সার্ভিস/লেনদেন ফি নিতে পারে, যা চেকআউটের সময় প্রদর্শিত হবে।

পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হলে বুকিং বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।

২.৪.৫. বাতিলকরণ ও রিফান্ড (Cancellation & Refunds)

বাতিলকরণ নীতি ভেন্ডরভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে এবং বুকিং কনফার্মেশনের আগে প্রদর্শিত হবে।

রিফান্ড যোগ্যতা (Refund Eligibility):

চেক-ইন/সেবা শুরুর আগে সময়	রিফান্ড যোগ্যতা
৩ দিন (৭২ ঘন্টা) বা তার বেশি	১০০% রিফান্ড (সার্ভিস ফি ও প্রযোজ্য ট্যাক্স বাদে)
২ দিন (৪৮–৭২ ঘন্টা)	৫০% রিফান্ড (সার্ভিস ফি ও প্রযোজ্য ট্যাক্স বাদে)
২ দিনের কম (৪৮ ঘন্টা)	রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়
পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই উপস্থিত না হওয়া	রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়

ভেন্ডর-নির্দিষ্ট শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

Bogusboo.com ৭–১৪ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করবে (পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম অনুযায়ী)।

সার্ভিস ফি রিফান্ডযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

২.৪.৬. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব (Customer Responsibilities)

সঠিক যোগাযোগ তথ্য, নাম ও বুকিং বিবরণ প্রদান করতে হবে।

নির্ধারিত সময়ে পৌঁছাতে হবে এবং ভেন্ডরের নিয়ম (চেক-ইন নীতি, আইডি প্রমাণ, আচরণবিধি) মেনে চলতে হবে।

প্ল্যাটফর্মের অপব্যবহার (ভুয়া বুকিং, জাল পেমেন্ট) করা যাবে না।

ভেন্ডর, তাদের সম্পত্তি ও কর্মীদের প্রতি সম্মানজনক আচরণ করতে হবে।

২.৪.৭. রেটিং ও রিভিউ (Ratings & Reviews)

গ্রাহকরা বুকিং শেষে রেটিং ও রিভিউ জমা দিতে পারবেন।

রিভিউ অবশ্যই সত্যনিষ্ঠ, সম্মানজনক ও অশালীনতামুক্ত হতে হবে।

Bogusboo.com আক্রমণাত্মক, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা ভুয়া রিভিউ মুছে ফেলার অধিকার রাখে।

২.৪.৮. দায়-সীমা ঘোষণা (Liability Disclaimer)

Bogusboo.com নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়ের জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না:

ভেন্ডরের সেবার মান, নিরাপত্তা বা প্রাপ্যতা।

ভ্রমণ/অবস্থানের সময় দুর্ঘটনা, চুরি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা স্বাস্থ্য সমস্যা।

ভেন্ডরের প্রদত্ত ভুল তথ্য।

আমাদের দায় সর্বোচ্চ সেই অংক পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে যা আপনি উক্ত বুকিংয়ের জন্য প্ল্যাটফর্মে পরিশোধ করেছেন।

২.৪.৯. গোপনীয়তা ও ডেটা সুরক্ষা (Privacy & Data Protection)

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের প্রাইভেসি পলিসিতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।

আমরা গ্রাহকের ডেটা শুধুমাত্র বুকিং, পেমেন্ট, বিশ্লেষণ ও মার্কেটিং (যেখানে সম্মতি আছে) এর জন্য ব্যবহার করি।

২.৪.১০. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার (Prohibited Uses)

আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনি করবেন না:

ভুয়া অ্যাকাউন্ট বা প্রতারণামূলক বুকিং তৈরি।

ক্ষতিকর, অবৈধ বা মানহানিকর কনটেন্ট পোস্ট।

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করে ভেন্ডর বা অন্যান্য গ্রাহকের ক্ষতি বা বিঘ্ন ঘটানো।

২.৪.১১. অভিযোগ ও বিরোধ (Complaints & Disputes)

প্রথমে অভিযোগ ভেন্ডরের কাছে জানাতে হবে।

সমাধান না হলে Bogusboo.com এ ইমেইল বা সাপোর্ট চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে জানাতে পারবেন।

Bogusboo.com তদন্ত করবে এবং যথাসাধ্য মীমাংসা করবে।

আইনি বিরোধ বাংলাদেশ আদালতের অধিক্ষেত্রের আওতায় পড়বে।

 

২.৪.১২. সংশোধনী (Amendments)

Bogusboo.com সময় সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারে।

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখা মানে আপনি হালনাগাদ শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন।

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bogusboo.com website, mobile application, and related services (together, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

2.4.1. Definitions

“Customer/You/User” – Any person accessing or making bookings through Bogusboo.com.

“Vendor/Partner” – Hotels, resorts, homestays, tour operators, or boat service providers listed on the Platform.

“Booking” – A confirmed reservation made by a Customer via the Platform.

“We/Our/Us” – Bogusboo.com, including its parent company, affiliates, and employees.

2.4.2. Scope of Service

Bogusboo.com acts as an intermediary connecting customers with third-party vendors.

We do not own or operate hotels, resorts, tours, or boats listed on the Platform.

Vendor terms (e.g., check-in times, policies, amenities) apply in addition to these Terms.

2.4.3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or making a booking.

2.4.4. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Payment methods include debit/credit cards, mobile financial services (MFS), or other approved options.

Bogusboo.com may charge a service/transaction fee, disclosed at checkout.

In the event of payment failure, the booking will be void.

2.4.5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by vendor and will be displayed before booking confirmation.

Refund eligibility depends on:

Vendor-specific terms.

Bogusboo.com will process refunds within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.

Service fees may be non-refundable.

2.4.6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide correct contact details, names, and booking information.

Arrive on time and comply with vendor rules (check-in policies, ID requirements, conduct).

Do not misuse the Platform (e.g., fake bookings, fraudulent payments).

Respect vendors, their property, and staff.

2.4.7. Ratings & Reviews

Customers may submit reviews and ratings after a booking.

Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and non-abusive.

Bogusboo.com reserves the right to remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, or fake.

2.4.8. Liability Disclaimer

Bogusboo.com is not responsible for:

Service quality, safety, or availability of vendors.

Accidents, theft, natural disasters, or health issues during your stay/travel.

Incorrect information provided by vendors.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid through the Platform for the specific booking in dispute.

2.4.9. Privacy & Data Protection

By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

We collect and use customer data only for bookings, payments, analytics, and marketing (where consented).

2.4.10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Create fake accounts or fraudulent bookings.

Post harmful, unlawful, or defamatory content.

Use the Platform to harm or disrupt vendors or other customers.

2.4.11. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints must first be raised with the vendor.

If unresolved, you may escalate to Bogusboo.com via email or support chat.

Bogusboo.com will investigate and mediate where possible.

Legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts.

2.4.12. Amendments

Bogusboo.com may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
