The paid advance will be fully refunded on booking cancellation 7 days before check-in. The 50% amount of the paid advance (full or partial) will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 72 hours of check-in, or can be re-scheduled based on availability. No refund will be made on cancellations or booking migration, within 72 hours, before check-in. The prior clauses will be applicable on booking cancellation within 72 hours to 7 days, before check-in. The paid advance for booking will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made on the same date of booking, except, if the check-in date and booking date are the same. These prior clauses will be applicable on partial cancellation or migration. Booking for black-out dates is not cancellable/refundable or be rescheduled.

If a youngster over the age of five requires an extra bed or food, an adult rate may be paid.

Each guest will have to pay an extra charge.
